Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom GOBOs, special-order products, clearance items, and custom fabricated items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Illuminate FX is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product damage.
