Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at iluminatefxsales@gmail.com and we'll help investigate.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
