Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom GOBO orders, specialty lighting products, or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Illuminate FX is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Carrier service interruptions

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has shipped.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Illuminate FX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims assistance.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product condition.
